I ordered a 6 piece family meal CRISPY, I get home and guess what, I have original chicken in my bucket, my kids like crispy because they love the texture of the bread on the chicken they do not like to eat original, so I call the restaurant to inform them of their mistake so they can fix it, I was even willing to drive the extra miles to pic up my correct order. I call and talked to an employee she then mention to me they are out of crispy chicken, my question is why wasn't this said at the speaker?, I also asked are they able to fix the order tomorrow? The employee told me yes but I will have to bring back the bucket of chicken that I have now to them tomorrow in order for them to replace it...so I said when I bring it tomorrow yall are just going to throw it away, not only that but yall have a policy that yall can't except food back, so instead of me throwing away this chicken I now have to save this chicken bring it back to yall the next day for you to replace a meal my kids will not eat, I mean yall just said yall have no more crispy so yall know im not lying so my question is what other proof do u need the chicken for? And not only that but what compensation an I getting for driving all the way back to you because yall failed to tell me what yall had and gave me the wrong order....this isn't the first time u went through something with this kfc, I think im just going to make the extra drive and go to a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is the second time Iāve had this problem but the first time I didnāt complain. I have chronic hip/back pain and often must walk with a cane for extra stability. I had ordered food through the app. When I arrived I went to drive thru only to be told I needed to come into the lobby because my food wasnāt ready. When asked if I could get it in drive through she again said sheād be happy to help me in the lobby. I parked, grabbed my cane and entered the lobby only to find my order waiting on the counter just seconds after being told I must come in. I made my two drinks and had to grab both drinks and my bag of food (which did have an error in the size of fries I ordered but the helpful young man at the counter quickly fixed) all in one while holding cane in the other. One of the reasons that drive thrus and apps are so popular is because of people with disabilities or maybe parents of small children that have difficulty getting out of their cars. Iām a weekly visitor at this location but Iām thinking of taking a break and visiting...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI honestly never give review in my life because I understand the hustles and frustrations especially in fast food industry as my family owns one. This morning We came to this KFC place and ask them politely if they could prepare our order within 1.5 hour. Instead of rejecting us politely the guy from the back came and suddenly got mad for no reason and yelled at us for ordering at the last minute. I have never been treated that rude in my whole life. I couldnāt even say anything back because he looked like he would throw at me with anything he holds. We donāt know what we did to deserve to be treated like that. If I could give a zero review I would without hesitation give it because thereās no basic respect and I donāt recommend anyone to go there because I truly believe as a consumer we should not support this kind of place for the image of our community...
