I've been desperate in getting a good nights sleep for almost a year now. I didn't want to go to any discount warehouse store and deal with some salesperson that didn't have a clue, and I didn't want a massive selection to test and decide on. I just wanted to purchase a good mattress for a fair price, and have it set up and delivered asap, with these charges included in the price...and that I was able to do in less than an hour. I was greeted and assisted by Melissa, asking several basic questions: size, firmness and price. I was presented with 3 options based on my answers. I sampled/tested each and after several bounces, decided upon the mattress that was perfect for me...comfortable and a good price. She checked their inventory, wrote up the order, I paid and out the door I went. Mission satisfactorily accomplished. Around noon today (the day after my purchase), Brooks and Tommy arrived, hauled out my old bed with memory-foam topper, and set up my new boxspings and mattress. They were friendly and professional. This is gonna be a little long but I feel like the owners deserve credit. They were nothing short of awesome to me. I had back surgery and needed a specific kind of bed. I spent 2K on a bed/frame at Mattress Firm that was supposed to be delivered the next day. That never happened because Mattress Firm SA is awful. After a week of sleeping on a couch (I got rid of my old bed ) I gave up. I went to Mattress World not knowing what to expect. Well long story short I was in and out in probably 30 mins. The owners were amazing and not pushy at all. After trying out several I decided on pretty much the same thing I had originally purchased at Mattress Firm. They loaded everything in my truck as I said that’s all I needed bc I had people to unload it. The funny thing is the cost for this was $500 less than at Mattress Firm in SA. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!! Mattress World in Kerrville is AWESOME!!! My entire mattress buying experience with them was SMOOTH, NO STRESS, and ENJOYABLE. The polite and friendly staff delivered my mattress to my second story appartment and it took all of 2 minutes, tops. ...PAINLESS! There was ZERO pressure at the store when picking out the best bed for ME. The staff does not work for commission and it's evident in the CALM, NO RUSH atmosphere. You can lie on ALL the beds for as LONG as you like. I even joked that I needed to take an eight hour nap on one mattress so I could be sure it was comfortable, and the owner said, "Go right ahead. That's perfectly fine. Take all the time you need." I liked that I was educated and shown my options, yet left alone to make up my mind. I spent a LONG time in the store and was welcome the whole time. The prices are right and not inflated. These people are honest and fair! Thanks...
