Went here with my mom while visiting town and I got the sense they don't get a lot of female customers, as the people playing at the tables and employees stared at us frequently as we looked around. No one said anything rude to us though and the employee who checked us out was nice. I collect Pokémon so I can only speak to that part of the store; they were selling at market prices on the sealed products but didn't have many Pokémon singles that I could see. Bought 2 booster packs which were legit. I used a credit card there to pay for my purchases and shortly after my card was hacked. There's no way to tell who hacked it or if it was while I was there, so I am not trying to accuse the store or employees at all. I just wanted to include it here so people have all the information about my experience.

First time customer: when I was pre-ordering a new Pokémon Destined Rivals etb, I had accidentally selected the "pick up in store option" instead of the "mail out" option and reached out to the shop to see if it could be changed. The owner/shop personnel answered my question near immediately, switching to ship out my order and even went above and beyond by covering shipping costs even when I asked if there was an upcharge for shipping and how to pay for the shipping. This store is under new management, and ownership. Paul and lauren both have plenty of gaming knowledge both digital and physical. The store is well stocked and they will help you find what you are looking for. They are setting up an online store as well, but you should certainly visit the store.
