This guy knows his stuff! I had a rig I built myself for 5 years that could’ve been running so much better than it was if only I’d brought it to him sooner. I purchased a mid rage GPU and CPU that I tried to install myself to no avail. I asked him to install it instead and, due to his connections, he was able to get me a graphics card which is a whole generation better than what I had at the time for only a little bit more than I paid for the one I asked him to install. At the same time, he also was able to go through my PC and optimize all of my settings to make sure it runs to the highest capacity possible and fix some mistakes I had made when I built the PC years ago. Funny enough, I’m so thankful that my motherboard shorted out so that I had to bring it to him, otherwise I’d still be running 60FPS max on all my games. My computer was only running at 30% optimization and he cranked that baby up running beautifully. If you’re new to PC building and have questions or you’re having issues with your current setup, come talk to Mr. Brown. He can help you get the parts you need and even assemble it for you at a reasonable price. HOWEVER, if Mr. Brown is working on your PC and your issue LET HIM WORK. He WILL call you when your job is done. Calling him to check the status every other day will only slow down the process for you and for his other customers. Call him for any legitimate questions, of course, but don’t call just to ask if it’s done. Not sure how he's gotten so many 5 stars he must be using the software he installs in people's computers that allows him to remote in to leave himself reviews. He has taken advantage of my elderly mother who is not technological inclined more than once. The first time he was extremely rude and unprofessional and claimed after having her computer for multiple days he could not fix it. Fast forward a few years she took her new computer in because the camera and microphone were not working and she needed it fixed asap for an important meeting and this is the closest place. He claimed he fixed them had her sign up for a "24/7" support program which is about $140 for a year to sign up. Fast forward only a couple of days and her computer had the same issues that he supposedly was remoting in and "fixing" or stating it was her head phones or some other issue beside him not knowing what hes doing. This continued to do go on until we got fed up with him being non responsive for his support line and not actually fixing the problem that kept reoccurring. So we took it to bestbuy and geek squad had the issue fixed in less than 15 mins. Apparently he had disabled the microphone never upped the software for her camera that was severely out of date and could figure out that the speaker was muted. Save your time, energy and money. Read moreAfter calling my home Internet service 3 times, going to my phone Internet service 4 times, and calling where I bought the phone 3 times. I tried everything that they said and I even gave them permission to do it there self. Still didn't fix my problem, I had no Internet or data on my phone. With Irma heading this way I needed my phone to work desperately. My husband suggest that we walk down to Computer Solutions and see if they could help, I told them the problem he tried to fix my phone with no luck. He told me to go home and he gave me an app address to go to. I did and the app gave him access to my home computer. After 4 days of my phone being messed up, it took him less then 15 minutes and my home computer and my phone was working. I can not say enough good thing's about this company. They are the greatest and by far the best place to go if you are having any problems with your computer or cell phone. I was in tears that he fixed the problem so fast. If I had of been standing in front of him, I would have given him the biggest hug possible. I can't thank you enough for helping me out.
