Dixie Cottage was suggested to me when I mentioned my husband and I are updating our furniture decor to a coastal look. I'm so glad we stopped by--and we have been there several times since to purchase items. You can go in one day and find new, different items the following day, which I love. They also custom-make items if you can't find what you're looking for, but be forewarned that they have a backlog of custom orders (which is a testament to their work). And, it's affordable! The one knock I have is that 2 out of the 3 owners are a little icy. When you're there, you kind of feel like an imposition. At first, I chalked it up to a bad day, but having been there at least 4 times now and spent over $200, my husband and I have gotten the same vibes from the same two. You almost feel like you have to apologize for being there. Not sure what's up with that, as customers shouldn't feel that way, especially when you're spending quite a bit of money there. Maybe the other two are just more introverted and don't realize they come across that way. Amanda, on the other hand, is an absolute sweetheart, and we felt totally comfortable around her. Listen up everyone if you have some time and you're traveling through Interlachen Florida you have to come by and visit Dixie Cottage, it's small but believe me it's not your average and regular little shop... It is full of great surprises! 👍👍

Dixie Cottage is located at 505a Atlantic Ave. (at the corner of State Road 315 and Highway 20) When you go inside will be greatly surprised if you like finding great shopping with good prices!☺ Dixie Cottage has unusual, little-known, and various novelties, artwork, and crafts💯 that you normally don't come across in the bigger cities.
