Ok so I have positive feedback and constructive feedback. I do like they are open 7 days a week and Long hours. It’s hard finding a salon open on Sundays. I enjoyed my shampoo because it included a steam treatment at the shampoo bowl. The stylist was polite (Ashley). And my hair came out nice ( I’m very picky) & Ashley listened to everything I requested about my hair. Now what I didn’t like was the cleanliness of the salon. There was dust everywhere and the ceiling fans was built up with dust. Then the bathroom was NASTY. You can tell they do not clean the rest room throughout the day or at night. There was little hairs around the sink and the bottom & round the toilet was built up dirt. The receptionist area was beyond dirty and you can tell it’s where they just throw stuff to “keep it out of site.” So has I’m getting my hair done Ashley tells me she in hair school so now I’m like hmmmm is anyone in here licensed ? I understand braiders don’t need a license but now I’m like okkk. Then the stylist across from me was doing a silk press and it was obvious she really didn’t know how to handle the girl hair (client had alot of hair) she kept making references to how tangled her hair was and I can tell the client felt embarrassed. The staff kinda felt unwelcoming and was more engaged into the tv show they was playing then the client. I did noticed every-time I went to the rest room they would talk about me but whatever. I did notice alot of Sally products they use I guess as a hairstylist I had higher expectations but the reviews and pictures is what brought me here. Would I come back? Yes, but probably with the owner. Just had higher expectations for the salon since I see advertising...

First I would like to say, I met the stylist off style-seat which is where I really messed up. Stylist name starts with a Krystal, short light skin lady. I just had surgery less than 24 hours on my legs, due to I was diagnosed with Edema which causes your feet, ankles, legs and thighs to swell heavy, very painful), it causes fluid to not be able to travel back up to the heart. Fast forward, Stylist did my hair, Upon finishing my hair, which was a quick weave and a sew in closure, I wasn’t pleased with the outcome. I asked the stylist politely if she could fix it. All I got was “ shut up I’m the stylist and I’ve been doing this 6 years blah blah”. Anyway, as she continued to yell over me I stood up and asked her to just remove it and I’d still pay. Paying was not the issue. After getting yelled at , and me telling her I wasn’t going to shut up, she pulls my closure and weave completely out my head. This lady literally , tore every inch of weave off my scalp. I couldn’t even defend myself I was so weak. She threw things off her station at me and everything. I finally got up out of there. I ended up calling the police. The owner didn’t want to provide the cameras and the one witness that was there didn’t want to talk. I left with a balled head. And now I’m seeing several doctors and talking to a lawyer. I’m in so much pain. I’m so upset that this happened at my most vulnerable moment.I believe this stylist knew I was vulnerable that day. so I was at the gas station one day and I noticed this young woman by her hair cut I am From ny and I have a short cut that needed to be fixed up I am new to Texas so had been looking for someone But when I so her and her name is Ashley I had to go talk to her and ask where do you go and who did it so she told me and she spoke very highly of this shop and her experience most of all she definitely spoke very highly of her hair dresser shbrena. So I definitely gave shbrena a call and we talked on the phone before me booking my apt with she was so pleasant and real on the phone with me we laughed I felt like I knew her already. So yesterday was my apt she was just as amazing in person as on the phone the salon was very warm and inviting all the ladies were pleasant as soon as I walked in Sabrina gave me a wash like never before took me back to my grandma and when she finished my jacked up cut oh Jesus I felt like I was back in NY again thank you so much to my new friend and hair dresser shabrena.
