Subway — Restaurant in Killeen

If I could give this place 0 stars I would this location needs to be shut down or hire new employees and get rid of who they have now. This is not a one time offense either this is just enough to actually make me want to write a review which i never do.

Despite having ordered multiple sandwiches online on different days, all sandwiches that I have ever ordered were to be toasted. You will not get a toasted sandwich in your life at this location. If your sandwich comes toasted, good on you.

“Special instructions” at this store mean “ignore instructions and do whatever you want”

Sandwiches I had ordered came out wrong, totally different sub than what I had ordered. When my wife went to the counter to tell them my order was wrong and ask for either refund or remake the sandwich the lady at the register proceeded to argue and tell her that nothing on the receipt was said… when in fact it was… the receipt clearly said toasted and the different sub I had ordered. She proceeded with an attitude being proven wrong and denied to 1. Give me a refund and 2. Remake the sandwich. Which is theft and just doesn’t look good on a business to do.

After that incident took place I come back to politely ask for a refund or remake or at least let me talk to whoever is in charge. As soon as I come through the door I was greeted with negativity almost instantly despite being a separate customer from my wife and was refused service. The woman then proceeded to cause a scene in front of another customer in line and then left the conversation and stopped talking to me.. she had called her “boss” in the middle of the store and proceeded to tell her that she just couldn’t anymore and that she was shaking implying that she was mad and maybe about to do something more than give me a knuckle sandwich. Very unprofessional and very rude. Never seen this lady a day in my life.

The “boss” then contacts me through the employee and simply says “ok we’ll get you a refund and if you come tomorrow I’ll remake the sandwiches for you. I have two kids and cannot be bothered to come back to make two sandwiches” and proceeded to say she’s been working all day.. isn’t that what most of us do? I’m in the army and in a week I most likely work as much as she does in two months.. just being honest.

Very unprofessional store all around that needs to be under...

If I could I'd give no Stars....but anyway....Just left the one on Clear Creek Rd in Killeen, TX Dec 11, 2020 @ 1045 am. Went in and asked the lady behind the counter how much is the tuna today. She pointed to the picture on the counter which didn't answer my question.🤔 I asked again, how much is the tuna today. She proceeded to point up at the wall of pictures with an attitude. WTH. Why should I have to find what I'm looking for when I asked the question. (Side note: I asked because today is Friday and some stores have the tuna sandwich on sale). It would have been too simple to just answer the question and let me buy the sandwich. But instead I just left saying thank you. What happened to...

I go by here every time I go to the AAA vape shop in Killeen Texas I'll be there once or twice but it's been a while but it's always been clean they take care of it they serve breakfast lunch and dinner and they're open late they serve to our soldiers in fort Hood and they're always playing friendly and nice people the right next door to the triple a vape shop and clean clear Creek road and they're always friendly and nice and yes their access to handicap and the disabled in hand elderly and they have handicap and they have the realtor room and everything for the subway and they're always delicious and they're...
