If I could put negative stars, I would. They replaced the back screen on my iphone on 12/27 and on 1/17, my phone barely slid off my bed 2 ft onto CARPET and shattered as if I had dropped it 200 feet. Mind you, this was the FIRST time my phone has dropped since I got the replacement which leads me to believe the back glass they use must be incredibly cheap quality. To give you an idea of how cheap the replacement “aftermarket” glass that they use must be, I actually bought a tempered glass to protect my back screen after I got it replaced and the tempered glass screen protector that I bought to protect my new back glass is still completely intact but the back glass replacement this place installed had broken into a million pieces. And yes, this is with a phone case & tempered glass protector!!! These aftermarket back glasses from this place must be purchased from Wish or Temu because they are awful. To add insult to injury, the establishment conveniently does not offer any warranty on the replacement so I’m stuck with a shattered screen that looks worse than when I brought it in to get replaced. Furthermore, the customer service I experienced was horrendous. Reading a review from 5 days ago, the owner wrote to another customer saying all repairs have guarantee yet when I called the store, the front desk lady told me all they could do was offer a 10% discount!! Read moreI give this terrible place a 1 star cause I have to drive an hr away 4x to get my phone fixed . First , I chose them cause they had 4.9 star reviews. I went up to the place to get my screen fixed cause I messed up , I got it back the screen was good but it pressed random stuff so I have to drive an hr away just to turn it in again . Got it the second time the screen wasn’t the same like it was it’s kinda blurry and it bothers me , when back 3rd time and still the same thing I think they didn’t do anything about it and then the 4th time I went the man I guess he’s the boss was there cause every time I go and asked for him the girl that works there said he’s not available so he was there the last time I went , told him the problem and how I’m not satisfied with it cause it’s not worth $240 that I paid for it . And he said ohh on the paper it says no refund and whatsoever and it upset me cause the first time I dropped off my phone he was in a rush cause they closed in an hr so he didn’t even explain anything about the differences of the screen after he get it fixed he just want me to sign the paper . Read moreUpdate: After our unpleasant encounter with the female “manager” we were able to get in touch with the owner through contact information in his response here. The contact information provided here was different than what we were provided by the manager which seemed fishy to me. None the less, he ensured us that they provided a guarantee with their repair and they would make sure the device was fixed. We took the device back to them and they did repair the device at no cost to us. We are very thankful they made good on their guarantee and have a fully functioning device again!
Took a USABLE and fully operational device in for a simple back glass repair and they screwed up the phone to the point where it is no longer usable. The extremely unprofessional “manager” had zero listening capabilities and repeatedly talked over me while talking trying to blame us for the problem.
