I cannot believe I am being treated this way! In my 63 years I have never been treated so poorly by a landlord.. from exorbitant fees to outright fraud at depots refund time, to being treated rudely by the manager Connie, this has been the worst six months rental exp[experience ever. I have no animals, but I had bites all over me the place is infested with flees. The people before me had animals and the carpet stain came up from the nap, and it appears I am being charged for the carpet which should have been replaced before I moved in, they are offering me $39 out of my 360 deposit! I have been ripped off! don't pay the last months rent, as I did, no matter how clean you leave the apartment you will not get your deposit back! now, months later, after refunding a measly $30 of my deposit, I get a call from a collection bureau in Florida claiming I owe another $500! do not do business with...

I recently visited this Complex last week and the pictures are not even close to what is shown. First the building is a different color, The grass is not green but very brown with multiple patches of dried spots, The BBQs are uncovered and very small, The pool was a greenish color and showed signs of algae growth, The fitness center is an outside gym per say actually where the volleyball court used to be, There is no playground there, the complex overlooks the Hualapai Mtns. on the back side of the building where trains pass thru all day long, The front of the complex faces Andy Devine a 5 lane 40Mph road. no bike riding on the complex sidewalks so not real kid friendly, Pets allowed But very limited places for them to walk and roam, The washers and dryers are in a small room off from the main office 10 of each. The complex is not designed for ADA units...

Our AC unit went out recently and we were given a portable AC unit to use until a new AC unit is installed. The portable AC unit was working fine but after a few days it stopped blowing out cold air. We called the after hours maintenance phone number and left a message. Josh, the after hours emergency maintenance person, called me back right away. Josh came to my apartment with a replacement portable AC unit immediately after finishing helping another resident with their AC problem. Josh was professional, friendly and concerned about our situation and even took time to clean the condenser on the replacement portable AC unit. We would like to thank Josh for his quick response and his professionalism in helping us with our problem....
