Went here Saturday 2/15/25 went to close out my tab when I was informed they gave my debit card to another customer !! After 24 hours and countless phone calls to try and get my card returned since they knew the customer they gave it to and they were suppose be returning my card . I went to Kingston Ten Pin on a rainy Sunday. The first red flag we saw was that nobody was at the reception desk. It turns out that, on a cold and rainy day, only 1 person was running the 16-lane bowling alley. We finally got a lane after waiting for the guy to come after 10 mins. They really need to fix their lanes because I rolled the ball right over the centre arrow and it rolled into the gutter. I don't know how....
