The quality of the goods are not the problem. The problem with this company is their customer service. Not typically a negative review writer but this was one frustrating enough to comment. A phone order was placed for an item with KRSP. The correct item was ordered via telephone with the women from KRSP who I spoke to. However, when the item arrived it was not the item I ordered. I tried calling to get it figured out, but the calling service KRSP contracts with was not helpful. After persistent phone calls I finally spoke to a KRSP representative, and he kept insisting it was me who ordered the wrong item. They were not accepting blame for sending me incorrect item. The amount my credit card was charged was for the exact amount of the correct item I ordered. The incorrect item I was sent was a for a different amount. The original girl I spoke with even commented on how she really liked this item and that it was new this year. She must have entered in the wrong order information on her end. KRSP would not make this right and send me correct item. They wanted me to pay for the correct item again, and I was not willing to do so. Read moreI've now had two terrible experiences and this is just sad. My first one was last year. Their website claims items are in stock and then they actually turn up to be on back order. I cancelled my order last year and a few months later they charged my card which is ridiculous. I just ordered a pair of boots and a sweater from them the other day. Once again, their website claims the boots are in stock. I got a tracking number for the sweater, but not the boots. So I gave them a call. Boots are on back order and they won't be arriving until April. I went through the website and asked about 3 other pairs that also claim to be in stock and all on back order. I finally found a pair that was $24 more than what I had paid and asked if they could give them to me at the price I had already paid instead of me coming out of pocket another $24 for my inconvenience and she said no. Terrible customer service and it's not going to be easy shopping here anymore. I drive a King Ranch pickup and have for years. I put it back together eventually they broke. order in september 11, 2016. I put aside until I place another order for my wife's christmas present today. I asked them about what to due they told me I was out of luck becuase I ordered in September.
In the past I bought a lot of their Items, because they would stand behind thier products. Right now, I have a wallet, shirt and belt on from King Ranch and I'm embarrassed to say I bought them. Times have changed they are just another retailer and the quality of their product just are not the same. No longer do they friendly south texas charm.
