Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Kingsville

I wish I could give no stars.. me and my husband have given this Kingsville Dairy Queen so many tries and every time we are disappointed. If not the cattiness or rude attitude, it’s the order being completely wrong. I wanted a blizzard that was on the menu and the soft serve was chocolate (obviously Dairy Queen does not carry chocolate soft serve) to make it chocolate it needs the chocolate fudge and the blizzard contained it and girl there in a rude was said “this is how we make it we follow the instructions”.. but ON THE MENU it’s chocolate ice cream??? I even showed her a TikTok of them making it and it contained chocolate fudge.. Every. Single. Time.. there is something wrong

Tonight we were told they don’t carry the cherry dipping sauce for the cones anymore… we asked twice and the girl ignored us the two times we asked. And then when I said “hello? The cherry sauce?” she told us in a ugly tone “I already told you on the microphone we don’t carry it”

Horrible service, no sense of urgency, their boss was there while all this was happening and she wasn't wearing a ball cap but was in the back area, there was a 5yr old child also there with a lady in pajamas who were also close to the back area. The employees obviously have no respect for their boss or she doesn't care to allow this to happen. They had us park in the front and never brought us out our meals. 4 cars went by and left before I got down to get it myself and they had it sitting behind the counter and when they saw me they quickly grabbed it like they were going to walk it out to me. There was only 1 large fey and the others were the wrong size. My son is 6'2 and he always finishes his meals. He said the burger was off like if something was done to it or an old patty so he...

Dairy Queen don't carry Chocolate ice cream So every time I go I order a chocolate sundae..more like a malt because they have put vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup so it could become a Chocolate Ice cream....But this time the drive thru cashier was questioning me if I wanted a shake ..a blizzard or what ....They had already made the sundae and I order a dipped cone ....I didn't want to hold up the line so I just took the sundae...I was not happy at all...but oh well they just didn't understand what I really wanted....Hope next time...
