After going to about three or four different jewelers, I finally came across this one by accident as I was driving by. The first four I went to couldn't repair my ring because they claimed the metal was too fragile and would break. Oliver's was able to get the job done with ease in just a few days. The owner and his staff here are very helpful. They make you feel like a valued customer, and surely make your business feel very valued. Very friendly people, but unfortunately do not know what they are doing when it comes to sizing rings. They ruined my rings that had sentimental value. If it was not going to be able to be done properly due to the engraving, I should have been called so they would not have been ruined. They are no longer circles, couldn't tell you what shape they are now, and the engraving is almost non-existent .Very upsetting, I should not have paid the $35 for each ring.
