Unfortunately not the greatest ISP. They took over WOW and immediately my internet started being throttled and going out, can't get ahold of them either to get things fixed. Not sure how companies like this even exist.
UPDATE: it's been 2 weeks with no internet. They contract techs here in Ohio because they have no presence. Even techs have told me communication between their support and the techs is terrible. First tech said he changed cable and put in an order for another to come adjust my cable frequency. They never came even though breezeline said it was on my account. Called the day after and they said they saw no history of tech being scheduled. Had another tech scheduled a week later and he said the same thing. Needs to send a higher up tech to adjust the frequency. Breezeline gives you a generic time frame saying the tech will arrive between 8am and 8pm and that I will get a call. Last time that didn't happen. Let's see if I can reach a month with no internet!
PSA: Please go with any other available ISP than breezeline. This is truly an under staffed and terribly managed ISP...

We have updated everything to the “latest and greatest”, but we have yet to see, even after two months of waiting, any improvement. Once, we had a technician come to fix the issue, but he left after saying he couldn’t do it and they’d have to send someone else out in a few days. Recently, we were without internet and phone for three weeks straight. My family just got our connection back two days ago, but it has once again gone out. One would think that our lack of connection and service would be awful as is, but each and every time we call to file a complaint, ask for assistance, or request someone come fix the issue we wait on the phone on hold for at least 45 minutes. I have waited as long as two hours. The technicians are never available for same day service. They always come about 3 days later. I would not recommend...
   Read moreI feel like screaming right now!!! The internet goes out multiple times on a daily basis!! Customer service representatives normally don't know how to correct the issue, they send signals to the modem, then suggest to schedule a technician. Everytime the techs try something different however, the issue of the unstable connectivity still exists! I have been on the phone with 3 different representatives today trying to explain when they reset my modem they have to remove the modem 5g because it interferes with the pods. I have been disconnected everytime and they act like they have no idea what I'm talking about even though previous calls made in the last six months have advised that it needs disabled when using the pods.
