Subway — Restaurant in Kingwood

Would like like to share my recent experience with this Subway. Last night my wife and 6 y/o son walked in about a half hour before close to order food after attending vacation Bible school at the church much to the groans of the employees there. When they walked in all the chairs in the lobby were put up as if the location was already closed. After getting their food they had to take seat down of the tables to sit and enjoy their meal which turned out to not be very enjoyable at all. Food didn't taste fresh and bread was on the stale side. To makeatters worse, unfortunately my son left his tablet there by accident but by the time we realized this they were already closed. So I called the store right at open in the morning and informed the worker who answered of the situation. I told him I was making the device ring and if they could look for it. They said they don't hear anything there's no tablet here. I said ok. Unconvinced I sent my wife and son back to the subway this morning to look for themselves. Wouldn't you know it as soon as they walk in right in the lobby on the chair is my son's tablet. They didn't even bother looking for it. Which is troublesome from a service standpoint but even more considering they obviously do not look after the lobby because if they did they would have easily seen the tablet....

I can't chalk it up to a bad day because she was friendly to people before me... she had an attitude as soon as I asked for extra meat. She said it already comes with enough meat. I said I understand but I would like extra meat. Attitude got worse when I asked for extra lettuce. She refused to give me more lettuce. I guess it is to much to ask for. I work hard for the money I make, I won't be going back or ordering online for...

Only gave this employee one star because it required a rating. I arrived at 855pm the sign was on . He walked over locked the door and turned off the sign as I stepped away from the car. It's 907pm and he has not left yet. Last time I recommend this...
