Mon Health Preston Memorial Hospital — Local services in Kingwood

After paying on a large medical bill from an er visit for 3 years I have now been turned over to collections over the remaining 200 dollars. I have paid on the bill as actively as possible and still! This hospital is a joke to begin with I accrued this debt by going there while running a temperature of 104 degrees and they did nothing for me accept send me home believing it was just a cold only to continue running a high fever over the course of a few days. Finally after deciding to go to urgent care was diagnosed with strep throat on top of bronchitis. I can’t afford health insurance so every doctors visit comes out of my pocket. Don’t worry I will never owe your hospital money again and would rather die trying to make it somewhere else rather then stepping foot...

Where do I begin, had several colonoscopies scheduled and the doctor never showed up to a single one of them. The fourth time I went in and was told he wouldn’t make it I told them to cancel because I’m not going to waste my time because they can’t do their jobs and billed me over $300, and what’s even worse is that one of my coworkers had several seizures in the waiting room and a nurse said she was faking it to get seen faster. On top of that not even two weeks ago my sister was sick enough to go to the ER and they forced her to wait outside in the cold at 2am and refused to let her use the bathroom. This place is absolute garbage. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY....

I was at the ED for two hours...when I finally was seen by Dr. BOIN he was extremely rude, arrogant and very unprofessional. He made me feel like I was an inconvenience for being there. He didn't want to take the time to find the root of the problem, he wanted to just give me pain meds thinking I would just go away. He was only in my room maybe 2-3 minutes saying "Do I look like an Ortho Dr to you" he also refused to give me his name...told me it would be on my discharge papers then slammed the door shut. My experience at this hospital was awful, I didn't deserve to have been treated like that. I left that hospital the same way I went in it...hurting...
