I rented both sides of the banquet rooms for my future wedding months in advance set for the third Sunday in April 2018. I asked the office staff if we could get a couple hours the Saturday before my wedding to have a rehearsal and I was told that I had to rent that day also for the same price. Okay so I went and took a few days to get the money together and went back and paid the money on last Friday evening. Contract completed and everything. Now that Monday morning I got a call from Debra Moody saying that I could not rent the banquet rooms for that Saturday because it had already been rented to Arendell Parrot Academy but it was not on file upstairs. I was told that it had been rented downstairs...What???!!!! I was told that all rentals was done upstairs in the office so how did I lose my rental from somebody downstairs? Alright so no rehearsal room!!! Not very good business!!!! I decided that I didn’t want anything more to do with the Woodmen Community Center so I cancelled everything including my membership with this shady Facility!!! CAUTION: RENT AT...

In the past I would have rated this facility a 5. Now over the last few months the pool heater went out in the therapeutic pool and was never made to work again. Now the heater is out in the big pool and they have no plans to repair it. So I had to swim in the afternoon when the sun had heated the pool. The water park clients were at the pool and some rather aggressive others. There are now no wrist bands to show paying customers or members as there were in past years. Things got more and more out of hand with people jumping from the lifeguards chairs into the pool, cursing and sneering at others in the pools. Suddenly the pool was closed for 1/2 hour and I went home. I Will not be going back until peoples behavior is regulated there. It's simply too dangerous now and a waste of time for some driving g a 40 mile round...

It was an extremely terrible event. I live 45 minutes away.Decided to take my kids and unfortunately shortly after arriving it started raining, thundering, and lightening. The staff instructed everyone to get out of the pool.after standing in those weather conditions for 45 minutes they finally issued rain checks to me and other guest who had been there less than two hours after 45 minute wait time. It sickened me that one customer had only be there about 5 minutes and had to wait 45 minutes for a rain pass. The staff was very rude and...
