0 zero stars, these workers are rude! First, a female is at the speaker for the drive-thru order. I mentioned that I had an order #. Second, another worker, this time, male, asked what my order was again. I told him what it was and that I had an order # as well, well he only picked up the part of what I had said of having an order # and said you still have to tell me what the order is which I had and actually repeated again...because supposedly the order # doesn't give them any information/details of order and then another guy take the speaker to ask me again for my order but in that second I could hear them talking at the same time I said my order again to a third person... I told him and also mentioned again an order #. He said he needed me to give him the order which I had! Several times! I asked how many more employees do I have to place my order with, before I get the food? I had already spoken with 3 of them! They are rude. They don't seem to care for their job, but only the pay, it seems like. But whether the business make $ or not, they're getting paid regardless. They did their best to give me a hard time. Why could it be, because I'm LATINA? Which was not a language issue that they would say they couldn't understand me... Cause I was born and raised here in USA, and I speak and understand ENGLISH perfectly!! But I've had ignorant people mistreat, talked down, laughed at, take advantage of, and just mean to me because of the color of my skin. Even my kids have gone through this. Especially the other people that don't speak the language perfectly "like they would like them too." These "workers" are childish, rude, and unprofessional. They all need proper training, starting with management! It seems like they don't want to work but only make the $. It seems like the customer bothers them by placing an order. If they don't want to serve customers, it is time to find something else to do cause as far as I know there's no business without us/customers! Bk's that I know, you give them the order # they put in system and it pulls right up. I don't know, maybe they have an old or different system from the other Bk's or who knows maybe just lazy... I mean the place was almost empty or maybe they were too busy inside, keeping the place nice and clean 🤔 Especially the bathrooms :l !! Don't waste your time driving all the way there like we did coming from the other side of Kinston were there a bunch of other restaurants to choose from compared to this place/area. I went cause of my kids but end up leaving any ways from the speaker after they can't get a simple order together and their attitudes issues and thanking of all they could do to our food behind door after I would pay for it because if I can hear their nasty attitude imagine what my food would take?.....even though it was their bad service they provided us with. Thanks for wasting my time, gas, breath and holding up my kids from eating!!! There's other places that are happy to take my order :). GET BETTER STAFF!,...
   Read moreBurger King # 5950 in Kinston NC on Vernon Ave. Had a very rude employee that took our order and his name was Marsean. My husband and had to wait way to long for our order seemings how no one else was inside the store. Also my husband went to grab 2 packs of strawberry jam behind the counter and instead of saying anything to him about not doing that he grabbed him by the wrist which is considered assault in the eyes of the law!!! Never once washed his between using the register and grabbing my husband's wrist before touching and handling our food and drink cups. Plus after walking away from us he was making smart remark such as you better not lean on my counter!!!! My also ordered a small hash brown which he did not ring up but we didn't realize it until we left. If something isn't done and I don't hear anything back from you I intend to call the health department and your headquarters . My husband was also on the job working with Coca Cola Bottling Company whom you are contracted with and I'm sure his supervisor would love to know that one of your employees assaulted him while on the job..    Read moreLiterally the first customer when they open for breakfast. Ordered French toast meal which consisted of balls of soggy dough that was inedible and half cold tater tots. Call and spoke to Crystal (manager) and advised meal was terrible and she advised to come back by when I could and she would replace meal. Come by about a week later for meal replacement and Crystal is working. She has a horrible attitude and hands me a bag with just French toast sticks. When I stated that the entire meal was supposed to be replaced she says she can’t do that she is only replacing the main item I had a problem with. ????? Who does that? If anything she should have been willing to replace the meal for the time and inconvenience of knowingly putting out horrible food.
