I received a ticket by Officer _ on 7/27/2022 at 11:26 pm. The citation number is __. I received the ticket he states at 3100 Crest. This was really the first time in my life I have drove through Kirby and I am going to stay away I hope from here on out. I was dropping off some passengers and listening to GPS which was mounted on my car. What I noticed about this neighborhood was the lack of visibility- very dark. Not only that but stop lights are not very visible. I have attached a picture of one I encountered two minutes after leaving the traffic stop. It is at the corner of Swann and Springfield-totally covered. So, I got out of my vehicle and took a picture with and without my flash on. I spoke to a resident who lives in this neighborhood and she stated it is always dark and the residents are paranoid to drive at night because Officer _____is always out ready to “catch people.” I am disputing this ticket and will speak to the judge and ask for a survey of the area and the video of my stop.
