If I could give it 0 I would beware he took my computer when I got it back it crashed. After that he said he doesn't have equipment to check the battery or look at it. How can you be a computer repairmen in not have equipment? He also had downloaded Microsoft office so I asked him if he could please download it if I get a new computer, he stated yes and then he told me $60 by the end of the evening. When he backed everything up I lost my entire life because when he moved all my documents,images to a flash drive my Images from my childhood till now which was over 500000 images are gone erased. I texted him that it was an emergency and to please call me and he will not return my call. Do not leave your life long images and memories in his hands. I told him he was dishonest and very unprofessional and ethically wrong. Awesome he only has one review on his Facebook page from 2016. That says a lot About a person with a business. When I Google every pair shop his ratings Look like 5 stars however read his ratings . This is devastating to say the least. I requested a quote to repair my Microsoft Surface Book 2 13 because it would not light up the screen was black and you could only see the mouse check. I got a response right away and within a couple of hours he arrived to my house. I was excited that he was going to Repair my Laptop in my house since he didn’t have a physical studio. He proceeded to check the laptop and said that he’ll have to go to his house because he had to do something on his personal laptop. I was a little hesitant and afraid that I wouldn’t see him again, but he immediately sent me a message saying that he took the laptop and he should be back in a couple of hours. Within Four hours he returned to my house with my laptop, and we proceeded to check that it was working perfectly, and we settled debt he is really friendly and reliable. Great...

Feb 17 -may 5 nothing but excuses, reschedule, and a none working television.

Came out feb 17th to diagnosed tv problem, diagnosed it quickly, but that's where the good stops. After that had nothing but excuses of not finding part, wrong part sent, ect, things happen whatever, 1 month later excuses still, finally shows up in April with part, HE then breaks a part on TV while working on it, tells me I have to pay for it and he'll fix it. OK just fix the tv. Pay for the part and starts all over with wrong part sent, part delayed, or just ghosted. I have already paid for all the parts and labor at this point. May 5th he's contacts me with more excuses and a rescheduling. Refuses refund for unfinished work or to give me my parts that I paid for.
