look guys, I ordered beef fajitas. That’s a pretty straightforward dish. It came with flour tortillas, beans, rice, salad with a literal teaspoon of guacamole on it. The beef fajitas are literally just pieces of left over steak cut up with scissors and that stuff was unseasoned and tougher than nails. I didn’t even eat more than a quarter of it. Next I tried the flour tortillas, they were as tough as a sun baked sombrero, so I only ate the half of one. The beans and rice are a disgrace to the culture itself. The only thing good was their corn tortillas and chips. Whoever is cooking needs locked up for life, because there are suburban white chicks that cook better than whoever is in that kitchen. Worst overall Mexican food I have ever had in my life and I’ve been to Kansas after a tornado took everything except the spices and a grill and still had waaaayyy better. I didn’t eat in total but about a quarter of my plate and did not box it up to bring with me when we left. The lady was like, would you like a to go box? And I was like oh no thank you I won’t be needing any of it. I don’t recommend anyone bringing anyone there unless it’s soupy meant to make them angry, it would be a good place to break up...
Read moreHad a really unfortunate experience here. I want to eat here with my mom, kids, and wife. You've had breakfast tacos here a few times do the drive-thru and figured we try eating in. While trying to order food, there was lots of confusion on their own menu items. My wife's plate of food even had a plastic in her lettuce and tomato. We had shown our waitress and told her we didn't care for a "free" or discount meal... we just wanted to leave at that point & we just wanted to let them know. She had taken our card to pay the check and the plate [I guess to show the kitchen] the most upsetting thing was not a damn word was said about it. No , "Oh my word, I'm sorry" or manager or even kitchen staff apologizing for leaving plastic on a customers plate. Who happened to be pregnant.... not a damn person apologized or owned up to the screw up of plastic in the meal. So we just paid and left.
Amazing for breakfast tacos due to the delicious beans they make and barbacoa on weekends. But I would not go inside again, especially with the lack of empathy or anything for that matter when it came to the...
Read moreI gave this place 1 🌟 just so I can post this. Let me start by saying HELL NAW! This place deserves no stars. I went in one morning just to compare it to El campesino across the street. I ordered tacos to go. When I reached the place I was going to eat my tacos at, the bottom of the bag was soaked with grease & had a hole in it. I took a bite of the carne guisada taco & spat it back out onto a napkin. It was so peppered down it looked like it had fleas. Just nasty 😨! The chrizo & bean taco was salty as hell & had so much grease it turned the tortilla orange. The owner needs to really check the quality of the food being served out of his or her restaurant, fire that cook & when they hire the new cook have that one perform a tasting. FOR REAL. People, if you want better tasting food go across the street to El campesino. I'm not putting this place down because I dislike someone or whatever reason but simply giving my honest opinion after having over 15 years of experience working in a kitchen. The Mexican coke was...
