I went here to get my bracelet and watch fixed. When they gave me a quote I asked just to have my bracelet to be fixed and the watch I would have fixed at another time. When I arrived to pick my bracelet and watch up, they only had my bracelet ready. They told me that my watch wasn't ready because they took it apart even after I told them what was wrong with it. I noticed some damage on the clasp and both men argued with me about that will happen when fixing a bracelet. I find this odd because isn't the customer always right? When you fix something you shouldn't be damaging it in the process. On top of that, when I left the store with my bracelet, it was difficult to snap and unsnap the clasp.
