The women on the phone got rude because she couldn't hear me. Get their and ask them to test the Jewelery & explain I tested it at home but wanted to make sure I was correct as it was my first time testing gold. They then charge me 10 dollars to test it (calling it a charge for chemicals) all the while being treated and looked at as if I am stupid. Way to judge a book by the cover. I won't be back. P.S.
