Decided to sit in parking lot and leave a review as I just left Hidden Gems. Dealt with Jay (owner) online the other day asking if they remove simulated stones from a diamond ring. He was prompt to reply via message, was impressed. As the site said typical reply is 6 hours. He responded in less than 30mins.

I arrived today at location. Clean store. Jay greeted me and remembered our discussion about ring.

He was honest, I felt solid about the removal of the stones. Diamond remained intact and wasn’t damaged. Will return when it’s time for a watch battery or anything more elegant!
