Very unpleased with this company. The gentleman we dealt with was extremely rude. I had to call to see when furniture was being delivered. He told me he didn’t really want to hear from me until the couch got here and he would contact me. This was after he asked if my friend was a boy or a girl. He was extremely unprofessional. We shopped around before getting the couch found it wasn’t much cheaper than the other furniture we were looking at however the salesman offered the act guard spray which is what we needed as we have three dogs and we’ll accidents happen. And within 2 weeks of getting the couch and accident happened and guess who didn’t get their couch sprayed. I called and he said it was done I dumped a little water on the couch and as soon as it soaked in I knew it didn’t have the spray guard on it. So I stopped down to see him and he told me it wasn’t supposed to be done. lol then he looked at the paper and saw he offered it to ya and for free. He said he would order more cushion covers but at this point the cushion is ruined because it wasn’t sprayed like it was supposed to be in the factory. And another accident happened after he sprayed and I realized he didn’t spray the entire couch just the top of the cushions so now. Because someone didn’t do their job correctly not once but twice I’m going to have to pay for at least 3 or 4 new cushions on my couch. And when I asked for a number to call and make a complaint he said you can talk to me. After the way that things were handled with everything I can honestly say I will never order anything from them ever again. Nothing has been done right he doesn’t return calls he was supposed to order new cushions we haven’t gotten them nor have we gotten a phone call and it’s been three weeks. We were told there would be a delay due to COVID, so we wouldn't have it until the end of August or beginning of September. September comes and I call to check in, no answer no return call. I tried for a couple of days same thing. So I stop into the store and the guy says "you're looking at a couple more weeks". Ok, fine. October comes and goes, phone calls and messages are never returned, not one time in nearly 7 months. Every time I stopped in he'd only say "you're looking at a couple more weeks". So in December I go in and say I know the contract says no cancellations but this is getting ridiculous, can we please cancel, he says yes. My husband and I go back and say we are ready to cancel, he says I have to ask my boss, I'll call you next week. Never called. 2 weeks later my husband stops in and the guy says again I have to ask my boss. He says his boss will be in that afternoon and he will call us. No call. He told us it looked like it would be in January 26th, that's 6 months after we ordered, it's still not here and we can't get our money back. It's not even the delay that is most upsetting, although that definitely is, it's the poor customer service, the lies, and the disregard for Edited to add..us as customers. Do not buy...

We have called and left messages with employees now for 4 weeks straight. They are supposed to be looking in to if our couch is in production. Did they even put the order in? How much longer might it be? (We ordered in July and it is now October. We were told it would take 4-6 weeks to make. We are now almost triple that.)
For FOUR WEEKS we have been "promised" a call back...every week they "promised" they would call us back. We have called over 8 times in these 4 weeks and have been given the run around each time...couldn't look it up right now...will call you back later today...will give 'him' the message...I'll email them and get back to you. NOT ONCE in FOUR WEEKS have they returned a phone call of ours.
I am a business owner myself, so I understand that coronavirus has put a strain on production. I don't care how long the couch will take to make, however what is inexcusable is the lack of communication from this business.
Did they take our money and run? It appears that is the case. No one will call us back and give us ANY sort of update...
