Needed a new Retired ID card. Went to the Shipyard Pass and ID office. Parking was sparse, but I got a spot real close. Went in and told the person at the desk why I was there. They took my cell phone number, said it would be about five minutes and I sat down. The room was almost full, and I thought 'yea, right'. When I left my house, I expected to be there a while.
