We had an appointment today to get our passports. We were early so we sat and listened as Stacy at the desk worked through the line. The last older lady gave her a card to send without an address. Stacy questioned her and it was out of State. She looked up the address and the lady wrote it down. I think this was normal transaction. The older lady thanked her and walked out.
