First, I would recommend the salesman, Kyle at this konx, in, dealership location was a really laid back, no nonsense type of salesman. He took the extra time and initiative to help me find a newer truck and get me all the discounts and set up a payment plan that worked within my budget. No pressure to buy gimmicks. I also appreciated that he also made sure if he was off to inform other salesman that I may have questions or help and they also helped look and research my vehicles. Next, while negotiating he and the owner were open listening to different trades or other options. If you don't ask you won't know. Lastly, Kyle was a straight shooter with me. If he did not know an answer, he went and found the answer. He didnt try to make up stuff. He did not make promises he couldnt keep and we put everything on paper and so far everything has been good. So kudos to the whole sales staff. Next, appreciate the owner Cole and how he gave me a really good trade in discount on my old vehicle that was needing work. He also helped me take care of the payoff left on my old vehicle with my trade in value with a little left to put towards a newer vehicle. And finally, I would like to send a shout out to their maintenance and parts team. Tonya, Nick, Craig, Tommy and the other mechanics. I have used them many times to fix my vehicles in the past and currently. They have always been honest with prices, no hidden costs or surprise stuff. They do there best to get u on a busy schedule and give discounts if possible on the work too if they can't get you in within a reasonable time. They always have performed quality work, and for me. I really appreciate that I can count on their service keep my vehicles running. They treat you like family and take care of their customer base. I will keep buying vehicles here. Read moreI just had to take this opportunity to rate this dealership and their salesman Kyle Sanders. I highly recommend asking for him personally when you arrive. I am one of those shoppers who research every major buy before I purchase. I've bought well over 15 autos in my lifetime and have seen different salesman from the worst to the more trustworthy. Let me tell you from the very first moment I spoke to the salesman over the phone… I had a good feeling about working with him. I am somewhat difficult to work with due to the fact that I research before buying and I'm always looking for the best deal. I want the best for my hard earned dollar. My visit consisted of me coming in knowing what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. Kyle was awesomely-professional and after we ran the numbers I was pleased. He didn't play the car salesman game of leaving me in the office. I wasn't in there alone for over 5 minutes as he spoke with the finance guy. (That says a lot about their finance guy as he was great to work with also. He had all of my paperwork ready when I returned for my pickup visit. He was so thorough and professional!) Once Kyle came back to me with numbers, we discussed the numbers, then I left. When the auto came in (Beautiful Black 2021 Mustang Mach-e) Kyle called to inform me it arrived. The first thought I had was, "Perfect, now I hope the numbers don't change when I get there." (Remember I've dealt with some of the worst dealers and was still a tiny bit skeptical). I went in to purchase and to my surprise the the numbers didn't change. The friendliness, professionalism and being greeted by three other members of their team (all very friendly) made for an awesome purchase and a great customer experience. VERY VERY disappointed in how they handle warranty claims and especially when the purchaser of the car is 19, they think they push the customer around. They made the owner of the car which IS under warranty pay $180 to have the card towed to their Knox dealership because that is the only facility with the certified technician to work on her car and the Elkhart dealerships trailer lights were out so they could not tow it for her. Well Elkhart customer service is very wrong; they should have arranged the tow because hello the car is under warranty. Then three weeks after the towing of the car they still have not given the owner a loaner car. Now who all purchases a new car but would not need a loaner if its broke down due to transmission issues? A 19-year-old is not purchasing a new car just to have it sit in a drive way it’s to get them from point A to point B and not just 19 year old just about anyone purchasing a car. But good old Elkhart customer service cannot figure that out. They want to say a 19-year-old cannot sign for a loaner due to their age but they sold a new car to this 19 year old with no problem. Do you think they could put their customer service hat on and say you can have someone over 19 sign for you or hey you already have a car rental so keep it and we will reimburse you.
