Agri Feed Pet Supply — Local services in Knoxville

The single-most friendly and helpful staff I've ever run into at any pet supply store. If you need something, they have it. If they don't have it? They'll order it and transit is pretty quick. If you go there regularly, they remember you. I've used my parents' account there for years - so I'm a 7' tall dude with my mother's name in the system. They always laugh about that due to a joke I made one day.

The Farragut location seems to carry more products geared toward livestock, but they'll be happy to transfer what you're looking for to either store.

Their prices? Unreal in terms of savings. I own a parrot. You get pretty good at knowing how much specific blends of food cost, or what a bag of Harrisons should go for on average. They're constantly lower than any chain store around and also carry feed like Harrisons where chain stores really just carry seed and junk cereal food for birds.

Unless they're closed and I'm in a different city for the rest of the day? I'll always go to this store. And if I don't? I'm only buying enough to keep a bird happy for a day until I make it over there.

Exceptional in every sense...

First and last experience. These people totally dropped the ball on us. 3 times. New to the area, I called way back in I think August to see if they had 4 bags of dog food. Expensive food. They said they’d have to order it and would let me know when it came in. We were stocked up from before we moved here so I wasn’t concerned about the wait. As several weeks went by we looked elsewhere and found it at petsmart. They didn’t used to selling there. I’m guessing it was October when they finally called back saying sorry that I never heard from them and that they had 3 bags for me. I said let me know when the 4th bag was in and I would come pick them all up. Again, never heard back from them. Today, nearly mid December I call them and they have no record of my order . Completely unreliable on three different occasions for the same issue. Probably a sign I should just buy it somewhere else.

UPDATE: 3/18 since the review below the manager contacted me by email to discuss my review and determine what measures needed to be taken. Unfortunately, I haven't had time to call during business hours to make that call but had to make what I hoped would be a quick stop to get a bag a for food. The quick trip wasn't as they were out of what I needed. The clerk who assisted me was kind and helpful and determined when the shipment would arrive. She also found enough samples to get me through for a day. It was exactly what a trip to a local merchant should be!! Thank you management for listening to my review and retraining your staff. I really do like your stores and now feel comfortable in both!!! They carry great product lines and if I were reviewing the Farragut store it would be a 5 star! Same owners but the employees at the Farragut store are welcoming, kind and helpful. There is one very nice young lady who works at the Middlebrook location, otherwise I would never stop at...
