LOVE our Industrial Steampunk Pipe Bicycle Pendant Light from Rustic Deco, Inc.!! During a google search for a whimsical light fixture for our wine cellar, I stumbled upon rusticdeco.com and am so happy I did. If I could give this company a 10-star rating, I would! As mentioned online alongside the light's description, it is by far "...destined to be a conversation piece in your home..." Knowing that my husband is more conservative than I, with much hesitation I showed him the photo of the light fixture. He immediately said that this frivolous & unique overhead light fixture was definitely the perfect choice! (Three years ago we moved into our newly built home & did not just run out & buy a light fixture for the wine cellar. We both agreed that we'd know it was the "right" light when we saw it!) Okay, it was a no brainer at this point that I was going to order the light. However, after reading on RusticDeco.com's website "For those wanting something even more individualized, we also offer custom handcrafted furnishings...," I mentioned to my husband that it would really be cool to somehow include a bottle of wine on the light fixture. That was the beginning of something wonderful! I called the company & spoke to Terry Martin, Warehouse and Outbound Shipping Manager, who chuckled at my idea & was eager to make it happen. She communicated with the company's welder & then with me until the bottle holder design was exactly what we wanted. After several enthusiastic phone calls back & forth & multiple cell phone photos until the right size "wine bottle holder" for the bike was designed...coupled with her determination...Terry and the welder created a one-of-a-kind light fixture for us!! To make the welder's job even easier, Terry had an empty wine bottle available so that the welder would have the exact circumference needed. So, if you look closely at the attached photos, you'll see the unique addition of a welded "bottle holder" on our steampunk bicycle pendant light. That way, we can switch out the unopened bottle of wine at any time. Kudos to Terry who is a creative and charming people-oriented person!! It is a company like this one & a staff member like Terry as to why it earns a 10-star rating! In just one week our custom handcrafted light fixture was designed & shipped with superlative care. We will definitely be buying more things from Rustic Deco, Inc.!

On a side note, if you have Rustic Deco, Inc. tailor this light fixture with welding requirements, have them place the wiring that's inside the bike in a wire "sleeve" to protect the wires from getting too hot. When the light would not work once hung, our electrician unscrewed the areas at front & rear of bike where wires were fed. The wires were singed because they had gotten too hot from the welding. It was an easy fix by our electrician & our eye catching conversation piece light fixture is getting nonstop...

The people at Rustic Deco are AH-MAZING!!! First of all, how COOL is their inventory? I live in Texas and virtually stumbled across the website. I. AM. IN. LOVE!

I needed to find a dining room bench to go with our one-of-a-kind work bench turned kitchen table...not the easiest task. Lol. Ms. Laura informed me that they could MAKE ONE to my liking. Wha? They didn't have the exact one I had wanted in stock, so they made. it. from. scratch. Y'ALL. And she very generously gave me a discount because the other was out of stock? Free money is my favorite thing.

To top everything off, Laura offered to identify the table wood and stain so the bench could match perfectly. LOTS of back-and-forth emails with pictures and videos and measurements. ALLLLL the measurements. Lol.

This woman knows her stuff! I'm only sad she and her store are so far away from me. Lol, I think we'd be lifelong friends if we were in the same city. For now, I'll have to settle as...

I ordered a set of Industrial Art Deco Dining Chairs online from Rustic Deco, and I can't say enough about the high quality of the materials and craftsmanship. The chairs are unique and beautiful.
