Everything is fine and they will work with you and copy all of your paper work and THEN STORE IT IN THE BASEMENT (supposedly)- then they send a bill saying no we are sorry we didn't know we were waiting for Medicaid- THEY TOOK COPIES OF IT!! Now the bill is in PRIVATE PAY instead of waiting for Medicaid (WHICH WE WERE TOLD WOULD TAKE 90 days) because their accounting person- WHO IS NEVER THERE WHEN WE CALL- is too lazy to go to the basement where my father's "physical folder is...Bunch of CROCK.... PLUS HOW RUDE THE ACCOUNTING DEPT IS.... after we have lost a loved one. Says it takes 6 months for Medicaid to approve. Then she calls back in an hour "oh, they turned him down" HOW CONVENIENT. HOW LAZY- still did not go into the basement to get the records of all the paperwork that was signed. The nurses said they would bring a meal to my father in 10 minutes... 30 minutes later I go to see if I can help them, and THEY ARE ON BREAK...I am glad I moved away before I get...

Knox County residents always visiting and participating regardless if they had a client there or not. In 18 years as a travel nurse all over the US this is the best "home" I have ever seen.
