Subway — Restaurant in Galesburg

There were 3 women at the counter with only one person ahead of me. But it took them several minutes to even start taking my order. 2 of them were at the register which would be fine if one of them was training but that wasn’t the case. The woman that did take my order gave me extra cheese when I asked for extra chicken, and she didn’t even ask what type of cheese I wanted. Since I was running late on my lunch break I just took the loss since I couldn’t wait for them to remake it but I ended spending $10 on a 6” sandwich that wasn’t what I wanted and didn’t even have the extra meat that would’ve made it slightly more reasonable. The lady that was there at 4am when I went in after I got off work, was not all that pleasant but I guess when you work third shift at a truck stop it can be rough. As soon as she finished our sandwiches, she left for a break and we didn't see her the rest of the time we were there. There was a rude couple that came in yelling that there were customers here and they needed service. The counter was not well covered at that moment. We left not wanting to listen to that...

Waited for a very long time without anyone even showing up to the counter. I understand it's a little different late at night, but I asked a fuel station employee and was assured the Subway was open. Few things are as frustrating as waiting forever to get zero service.
