Dollar General — Local services in Knoxville

I am very disappointed in the Dollar General store in Knoxville Il Boxes and Big carts are always in the aisles Anything I ever want to look at is too high to reach so they lose sales. Today 10-19-2017 I went there at 4:00 pm I got a cart from outside The trash can was overflowing and trash was all over the sidewalk!! Not acceptable!! Then I go in the store. Of course there were boxes and carts in front of what I wanted. Last week I got in the checkout line 6 people ahead of me and eventually 4 people behind me. NO cashier in sight. However I do not blame the cashiers. They have to do everything!!! I blame Management I’ve yet to ever see the Manager.Also the Ladies restroom is disgusting!! Every time I go into the store. The isles are cluttered from stuff off the shelf. It always looks like a tornado came in there and threw everything on the floor. One day they had an all staff meeting right in front of the building. The staff workers sit right out front sitting on items while smoking. You can barely get down the isles. This used to be a wonderful store until corporate redesigned it and started shipping too much stuff. It is difficult to get through the overpacked aisles. Staff seems overworked.
