I have been shopping at his chinese-made parts store and am not satisfied they have so many things that are advertised on sale and yet they don't carry it in their store it is almost like a gimmick to get you in there and to buy other Wuhan stuff. They don't crack that they don't want to add their sale to another items they refused to carry or no longer carry they even refused to sell their last item as a display model because it entices people to come into the store and never get what they want. After waiting almost a month for a sale item to come into the Lacrosse WI store we contacted the main facility and asked if the item could be shipped from another store that had plenty in stock but was an hour away. We were told that wasn’t possible but that the district manager would contact us to find a resolution.

The following business day, Scott the district manager called and apologized for the long delay. He offered to have the item shipped to our local store but couldn’t guarantee it would be that week. So instead he offered my husband a $100 gift card that we could use towards the item in lieu of the gas it would take to drive to the other store!!

That weekend we drove to the Rochester MN store and spoke to the manager who had the item all ready for us with the discount and they even loaded it in our truck!

We are very pleased with how we’ve been treated by all the staff in the Lacrosse and Rochester store, the main office and if course by the district manager, Scott!! We will definitely continue to shop here and recommend...
