Extremely satisfied customer! Bradley, the Per-Mar installation technician was fantastic to work with. He spent multiple days on-site getting our new system installed, connected, functioning, and organized to our liking. There were a few quirks specific to our property that other security companies were unable to work around, but Bradley and his supervisor found a way to make it happen!

Bradley listened and understood exactly what I needed. He installed all the devices cleanly, hid wires for a seamless install, and set up all of our devices the way that we needed. He took the time to explain every function, troubleshoot the initial device and mobile app setup, and sat on customer support with me until everything was functioning as it should and I understood how it functioned.

I will NEVER go ANYWHERE ELSE for security needs in the future. If the rest of the Per-Mar team is as competent, helpful, and professional as Bradley, I will continue to recommend others...

Craig Richason was here again today to update our keypad panel. He is meticulous in his work, and it is a true pleasure to have him here. I want to know the system, not just have it, and Craig is always patient and thorough when teaching me how a feature works. His attitude about his work is always positive, and he leaves nothing undone.

Steve Freng was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The service he provided was excellent. He managed the updates necessary for conversion to a wireless system and carefully checked all the devices for proper function.

Adam Fuss was also part of the security team and installed security cameras. He was also courteous, professional and thorough.

Finally Craig came to complete some final adjustments and made sure that we understood how to operate the system as the the other men had done. He added some helpful tips that were appreciated. Very friendly and patient.
