Use to go to this place often, but lately they are pricing themselves out of the market. Last night I went here and went though the drive-thru. Guy at the little box hardly said "Hi" I ordered and he just said the total. Ordered 2 famous bowls, not the meals, and a fry, all for $17 dollars. Went to the pick up window and he just stuck his hand out for payment, I gave him my card and he gave it back, no receipt offered, shortly he gave me my bag. Before I left I checked and sure enough, they forgot the fries, so I had to holler for him to come back to the window, told him I didn't get my fries and the guy just looked at me like I grew a second head. He yelled at the guy making the food and I had my fries shortly. Keep in mind I was the only customer there so it shouldn't be this hard to get an order right when its your only one. Read moreSO BAD! I had the food delivered, I ordered the 8pc meal plus 10 tenders. There was no tenders when it got here, I called they said they would put them in the "warmer" for me and that I had to come pick them up. Even though I spent $12 in delivery, tip and service charge. My son won't eat chicken with bone, so I had no choice but to go pick them up. Went to the restaurant where they were very rude and unprofessional about the situation, passing all the blame off on the doordash driver. They said he left before they could give it to him...why would they give him part of the order without asking him to wait for the rest? Plus there was room in the bag with the other food for the tenders. I believe they forgot until he left then realized they forgot to give it to him. They are liars and I would not recommend this location to anyone due to the level of disrespect and unwillingness to make the situation better from the employees...
Read moreShow up for lunch order and pay, then as she's handing me my card back she says there's now going to be a 15 min wait now, all we can do is refund your money or your going to have to wait. I'm like, you should have said something when I was ordering or at least before I paid. I end up waiting 15 mins to get my food, and all she says is "there you go" as she drops it off, doesn't even apologise for wasting my time.
I get that these things happen, but you need to inform the customer when there's going to be a long wait and especially before they pay, before you take the option of them going elsewhere away from them. Really waste of my time and my entire...
