I was excited to visit this new store that my aunt had raved about for its unique items. When my sister and I went with her, we were impressed at first, especially with the selection of books we were interested in purchasing.

As I was browsing, I opened a small box that had no tape or wrapping—it wasn’t sealed, so I simply lifted the lid to check the item I was considering buying. The instructions slipped out and fell on the floor. As I was picking it up, suddenly the male owner approached me in a harsh tone, saying now that I had opened it, he couldn’t sell it. I was shocked by his stern comment and didn’t know what to say, but both my sister and my aunt witnessed it and were just as surprised.

After that, I no longer felt comfortable and immediately left the store with my sister. I don't usually post reviews but when I've encountered such a undeserving rude comment from someone representing their business, I feel I need to caution others. If the owner doesn’t want customers opening items, he should consider providing a display sample so people can actually see what they’re buying. Instead, (from what I can recall) there were signs everywhere saying, try to avoid touching everything in the store, which makes no sense—how can anyone buy something without knowing what's inside?

Well, my wife looked at the "phone" while shopping here and the guy working there was shouting, "Do you have any questions ma'am?" multiple times in very mad tone. I guess this store does NOT condone phone usage while shopping here. My wife just wanted to search a product for reviews on certain product but I guess he took it very offensive.
