Decided to look for Christmas decorations this past Sunday afternoon. As we entered, another customer walked in and noticed my husband with post surgery shoulder sling and inquired as to his healing and therapy. She introduced herself as being an orthopedic RN. We were talking less than a minute when one of the store’s employee, a young man in his twenties just came up to us and said something we didn’t understand. He clearly was upset we were talking and not buying. He probably said “ok folks”. I thought the store was closing but it wasn’t. Disappointed of such rude customer service. Especially that I had only 3 objects in my basket that almost totaled $100.00. Go to Roger’s Garden in Newport Beach, same merchandise, visual displays And you can linger and make new friends without the pressure to buy....
