Superb! It was my first time coming into this office and my, oh, my, what an amazing experience from the minute you walk in. Upon entering you are overwhelmed with gorgeous decor, plenty of lighting and a vibe that is top notch - comfortability is one of their specialties. It's true what I heard about this place, it's heavenly. The owners are also very friendly, I had the pleasure of meeting one of them today. She seemed very Involved with clients and staff - making me feel very welcomed. I always feel a little embarrassed when coming to a new place with the services I desire as a man but that all stopped today. I was treated like any other client walking in that door - no judgments or silly comments. Impeccable service from the start, something that's hard to find these days. I honestly came out feeling and looking fabulous. This place has by far exceeded all my expectations! From the vitamin infusion therapy, dermal fillers, micro needling and facials. They have made me a believer in all their services. I have been getting facials for the past 12 years of my life and as a Yelp Elite I have proudly visited over 10 other places. However, I have finally found my new home - I'll never go anywhere else. Their services will define who you are and bring back that smile you so love to share every time you look in the mirror. Coming from The evervely Hills area, where is abundance of plastic surgeons and medspas are as common as nail salons and I have had the opportunity to visit many clinics in the LA area. Hands down the best clinic for any of your non-invasive procedures , Iconic Skin Clinc is it. . I visited the first location in La Miranda a few months back and had such positive results, I had the to visit the second office office that Iconic Skin opened in Placentia last week. The experience was off the charts, AGAIN. First off, the ambaiance of this new location is super chic and modern, and the staff is exceptionally personable, warm and welcoming. From the moment I walked into the patient room, I felt confident I was at the right place. The eseticians walked me thru every step prior to even touching my face. The knowledge and information I was given about what was best for my me was more than I have learned over the last 10 years of getting procedures elsewhere. They also listened to what I wanted and gave me the results I wanted. The Iconic Skin girls were gentle , had wonderful bedside manners and were very aware of how I was feeling during the procedure. Extremely rude receptionist that doesn’t greet guests. I arrived early to my appt and was seated in a room and my daughter needed to use the restroom so when we came back she had placed someone in our room that arrived after us. I was forced to wait for the other person to be done with their appt.

I have always gotten juvederm lip injections with laser away and have ALWAYS seen instant results. My fillers were done at iconic by the nurse Anica because the dr was “too busy”. The nurse applied an exaggerated amount of topical and left me in the room alone without even a cup to spit in at least because it was going in my mouth. When she brought in the juvederm she showed me the packaging but then took awhile “setting up” BEHIND my chair. It has been less than a week and my lips look EXACTLY like they did before I went in which leaves me to believe that THEY DILUTE THEIR PRODUCTS BEHIND YOUR BACK! I have been to Laser Away multiple times and have never had this issue. I tried iconic skin clinic because it was cheaper and now I see why!
