Terrible, Terrible, Terrible, it was Oct. 31st at 8pm and it was my first time at the pumpkin patch and i decided to take my brother, I havenât seen my brother in a long time and I thought what better way then to go and get a pumpkin, the workers were so rude talking so negative about everyone and everything that it made us uncomfortable. So we walked around trying to ignore them but we just couldnât ignore it any longer, so we decided to leave and as we were walking away they purposely said â they didnât even buy a pumpkin and they just came to walk around â and that was the reason why we didnât want to give our money to rude and ignorant employees and of course they all started laughing. We just stayed quiet and left. We wanted to be as respectful as we could..What was supposed to be a special night ended with a bad experience. Never recommending anyone to this place. Despite the fact that it took me me an hour to get to...
Read moreWe have visited this place for the past 5 years or so. I took my daughter there this Sunday morning. We did the cornmaze, pet station and bought tickets for the wagon ride with cash. My daughter has Autism and changed her mind and did not want to go on the tractor ride. I returned to the register to return the tickets. Sorry no refunds allowed, no exceptions. Which typically one and under (actually 2 most times ) is free for things like a petting zoo with a paid adult being the adult is there to supervise the child rather than their own fun. So my husband went to buy a ticket and the lady asked if just our toddler would be going then, again just assuming base off other places my husband said heâd be going in just to watch her and grab if needed. The lady responded back so rudely and worth it for her joy. We would have gladly paid for two if he was given a kind explanation that heâd have to buy two. But instead she was so condescending. As if being a first time parent isnât hard enough you then have to deal with grumpy old people acting as if youâre stupid for assuming...
