Pronto pizza — Local services in La Puente

I called to place an order for 2 pizzaz with just pepperoni at the Pronto Pizza in La Puente on Sunset. The attendant told me because they were so busy they could not take my order. I have always had a great experience and love the pizza but telling customers that "sorry we're really busy and adding your order is not possible at time time" is not the best thing to say to the consumer. I asked to talk to the Manager to better assist me and was denied that also. I will never go back to Pronto Pizza and will also tell my friends and family to stop going there as well.

I really hope Management reads this and does something about it as I'm sure I'm not the first person that's been told this and in any business without costumers/consumers there is no profit and hence...

So a year ago I wrote an excellent review. A year later they raised their prices but unfortunately they lowered their quality. This is the 2nd time I get pizza from them this 2024 and pizza tasted old and this 2nd time around pizza was cold and even the wings were luke warm at best and they skimp on the tomato sauce which is unfortunate. This pizza was good but if they continue skimping on what it makes their pizza and wings they will go out of business soon which is sad.
