Jack in the Box — Restaurant in La Puente

This passed Sunday at 12:50 am l went to buy some burgers. I was very specific that l wanted both hamburgers plain just the meet and the bun no cheese either.l repeated my self more than once to make sure the person taking my order got it right. I got my oder at 1:00 am. l parked to check my order and both the burgers had cheese.l went back to the drive thru and l notify the lady my order was wrong. When l pulled up to the window l gave the burgers and my receipt to the cashier and showed them to the cook the cashier apologize to me and claim the person that did my burgers wasn't a cook and asked me to park and she will bring the burgers too me .l don't know if they made me wait on purpose cause there were but two other cars behind me and the burgers were brought to me at 1:30am. My order should have been a priority since l already had payed and because of there error l was made to wait 1/2 an hour. That's not good...

Stopped to use bathroom. Men's room boarded up and had caution tape. Not on ladies room said 'unisex' bathroom. didn't hear noise in there and had to pee. yeah, I said it. Went in, no lock on door. No urinal, of course. Went into stall. When finished used sink, soap and towel. No one came in, thankfully. Went to buy a shake. No one taking orders, waiting behind two people. Turns out, the cashier was running an order out to someone waiting. When she came back in, the 'cook' handed her another bag for that order. She's like, I think they left. Told to go back out and try to catch. The Mgr asked the cook what's going on? I decided I didn't need a shake. They do have wifi, so waited in lot for my...

This is the 2nd time they got my order wrong. The order shows correctly on the screen when they take the order. I ordered this last Saturday nite between 6:30-7 pm: 2 sour dough grilled chicken sandwiches, 1 small order of onion rings, 1 buttered Jack burger, 1 regular coke and 2 large Strawberry shakes for $34.16. I get home to find I received everything EXCEPT instead of our 2 sour dough grilled chicken sandwiches, there was 2 grilled chicken SALADS with Balsamic dressing!!! There was NO RECEIPT in the bag so I couldn't compare prices between the sandwiches and the salads. Sooo...
