Been shopping here consistently and so far I’ve been very content with the guest experience. Rarely do I leave any 1-star reviews or comments unless it’s warranted. This is one of those times.
First, I got my item and waited at the register for a while because the attendant was doing stuff and oblivious that he had a customer in front.
Secondly, by the time he checked me out, I made it very clear that I have a 10% coupon that I wanted to use and that I wanted to input my phone number for the reward. He said to me, “that the rewards will be processed at the end of check out” assuming once I put my card and the CashApp POS will apply the discount.
It didn’t.
He should have let me to put in my phone number and then it will show the 10% coupon which I can apply BEFORE the payment/checkout process. In short, I got ringed up for the full price without the 10% discount I intended to use. By then it’s too late, I showed him the text I received that had the 10% coupon code so that he can input it but he just assumed that the discount will be applied during the checkout process.
What made it worse is that he didn’t know how to reverse the transaction to correct the process, and then he said to me “Oh, do you want to just save it for next time?”. I took my item and walked out and told him, “Nevermind, the coupon expires in two days”. How am I going to save a coupon that has an expiration date?!
What frustrated me was that the cashier was really clueless on how to use their POS system to amend the situation. And rather than call a co-worker to help, he just brushed it off to tell me to “save it (the coupon) for next time”. Really no accountability on his part. And this actually is the second time this happened, but the first time it did, the cashier at the time resolved the situation, and just gave me the balance of the discount I was supposed to get.

Read moreI ordered an SH figuarts Trunks reissue on a Friday afternoon. They're info said that all orders placed before 9am would be shipped that day. So when Monday came, I assumed it would get shipped since Friday is certainly before 9am on Monday. On Tuesday however, they emailed me to let me know they didn't have the time I ordered at all. I told them to replace it with two other items, which they shipped out THURSDAY EVENING. On the next Monday, my items finally arrived, 5 days after I expected with the box completely smashed. The box it was shipped in was completely fine, so they definitely sent it like this. What a bunch of bullshit 🤮

My four wives and trans-wife and our children and I can agree that we totally love shopping here very much!! Also our children love coming here!
