Birrieria estrada — Restaurant in La Puente

Went to this location, Monday 9/5. I had been craving this ramen birria for months now and I finally went. HORRIBLE experience, I drove all the way from Downey to La Puente location, ordered two ramen birrias, I get home neither of the two had meat! I immediately call them and the workers literally laughed on the phone they tell me "bring it back oh wait no we're about to close" they tell me to DM their IG. Jessica has the audacity to call me and mentions shes seeing the video and theres meat in there, I would not be addressing the issue if there was meat in my birria, I proceed to tell her send me the video please because my meat could not have magically disappear, she clicks on me and blocks my phone number and blocks me on IG. As a business owner myself, that is not the way to conduct business, I would appreciate the feedback to prevent this from happening again. I see they delete all bad reviews/comments and keep the beneficial ones. Learn to be more professional Jessica and also learn to take in feedback good and bad to improve...

Went to give this spot a try, was unsure about the mixed reviews. But this place is actually really good, got the tacos Dorados with cheese and guac, they were delicious, guess others went on a slow or bad day. Wow. Did not know they existed. Saw some yummy food off of my friends IG story and knew I had to come try.

Definitely messy messy eating but omg sooooo good. Enjoyed the quesadilla, my friend got tacos and the souuuup wow. It was so good.

They close early so they’re more of a lunch spot...
