First off it was extremely easy to make a reservation over the phone (with I want to say her name was Kate) or through email (with Sue the Manger). Second the staff are beyond helpful and friendly when making the reservation and while instructing us what to do before painting. Third the ceramic options they have to paint is a great selection and prices range is truly reasonable from $3 and up. You pay for the item that you are painting, from 5 to 25 dollars. The Hostess was very helpful! The atmosphere is relaxing. You have two hours to finish, as it takes 3 coats of paint.
