Cali Rosina Tea Shop — Restaurant in La Quinta

I think we can all agree there is nothing better than iced tea on a hot day and I can confirm it’s only better in the desert heat! Cali Rosina had fresh French press coffee daily but the star of the show is defo the wide selection of different teas to choose from! We tried the Guayasa iced tea, a riff off Yerba mate that is lemony and delicious, the mint mate (the mojito of perfect iced teas), and the coconuts in the grass (coconut matcha latte) which was 10/10 even on a hot day. You can tell all the customers are regulars which gives it such a nice vibe and the staff are truly lovely with the best recommendations!! Cannot wait to come back on our next trip to...

The cashier was very warm, the other guy in the back was super nice, and the older man who appeared while I was waiting was also quite nice. They clearly value their community, as they readily directed me toward the coffee shop they partner with when I queried about local coffee.

I loved iced jasmine tea, and their iced jasmine with an orange slice and (I think?) some kind of sweetener was fabulous!

The aesthetic if the place was authentic and cozy. I could tell that someone was putting their love into the place.

Absolutely love this place! I went in with a vague idea as to what kind of tea I wanted, and the staff whipped up the most AMAZING tea I've ever had. It's like they read my mind. There are so many options and customizations, so you can certainly find the perfect tea that suits your needs. They also have a huge selection of delicious chocolates and treats. I had a giant macadamia nut cookie with sprinkles and it was heaven. I've been here 3 times now, and every time, the staff are so friendly and accommodating. The quality is top notch every time.
