Just went in to refill my reusable water bottle with ice only(already full of water) while doing my weekly gas fill up. Woman at front counter says "You have to use a cup to transfer the ice into your cup". I said "So I would have to pay for a cup to fill with ice to dump into mine". She says "Yeah obviously!! It's for covid reasons and the cup is $ .27" in a very rude tone and face. I left without a word. #1. The ice free falls from the beverage dispenser into WHATEVER is waiting to catch it at the bottom. I'm not going to stuff ice back up the machine therefore contaminating anything, or have my years on this planet not taught me the function of an ice dispenser? #2 I have a reusable drinking bottle to cut out plastic/styrofoam/paper waste, wonderful to know your establishment is requesting people create extra trash so that you can charge them for a cup they have to use to transfer water/ice. You're being counterproductive and wasteful. #3. I am (now a former) very regular customer for this location and due to her out of the blue attitude about ice, I will elect to go to circle K a block away in the future for all my beverages and late night snacks or AM/PM for my weekly $80 tank fill. Hope the $.27 charge you wanted from me was worth the lost business. It's really sad when business put attitudey-Judy on the front line. She could have said "I'm sorry, but due to x-y-z I can't let you fill that with ice" and I wouldn't be offended or changing my preferred shopping/ gas station in the cove but her "Obviously" paired with an irritated face was very off putting and caused me to change my mind altogether about being...

I was just inside I purchased chips and a soda. Then I paid separately for my clients’ items. A man rang us up. I had laid my items to the side separate from my clients. As I am waiting for her to get her items from counter. Another employee, ASM Elena , walks up and begins scanning clients items , I told her already paid. She looks at me, not believing me , apparently. So we get our Paid for items and walk out. Then the ASM actually runs out of the store accusing me of stealing my chips and soda!!! She one receipt in hand, but not mine. So I went back in to her, got a refund. She tells me that the male cashier had walked away so she didn’t know I had already paid. I said well I TOLD you I already paid!! I have NEVER been chased out or accused of stealing! Why would she give a refund if she believes I stole!?! If they gave receipts, maybe it wouldn’t have...

I need to warn anybody that goes to this gas station and tries to purchase gas with their credit card or debit card. Your card will be charged $125 and that money taken from your account for days until they decide to complete the transaction. I don't know what year these people are living in but surely if you can send money across the planet instantaneously towermart should be able to complete their transaction from the gas pumps to the register instantaneously as well.DO NOT BUY GAS HERE UNTIL THEY FIX...
