It was one of the best spa experiences I've ever had! I got the Spring Awakening Citrus Blossom Body Therapy. It is a Spring Special; but if you don't make it this spring, it is a very similar treatment to their Find Your Zen Ritual. The heated water mattress with the LED lighting was unique/cool element that added to the relaxing environment. Rosio did a phenomenal job on the exfoliation, getting the water temperature just right, and making sure I was comfortable during the steam treatment. Rosio's scalp massage was very relaxing and her application of the moisturizing lotion was almost akin to a Swedish. I appreciated the seamless treatment since I didn't have to get off the table to rinse the exfoliant off. The 6 over the table shower heads that came on one-by-one was an amazingly relaxing experience. I would highly recommend both this treatment and Rosio.

Beautiful property with Spanish style casitas and villas. A unique pet friendly resort with a lot of history, kind and attentive staff, clean rooms and a relaxing environment. The resort offers villas with gated yards and private pools. If you choose a Casita or room the property offers dozens of pools for the various little nooks of casitas and rooms. There is a main pool and main adult pool as well. Plenty of tennis and one of the best courses in the desert. Though we enjoy the private villas in groups, we really prefer the roof top rooms with private patios and an outdoor fireplace. You have a few restaurants on the property to choose from but those in my opinion are a bit disappointing. The market provides good coffee options as well as snacks and sandwiches. I recommend taking that trip rather than leaning into room service

Allah was amazing! Her hands are magic. I'm waking up from a dreamy massage. I wish there was food and beverage options. But all they have is either fran and go or in room dining. We wanted mimosas and they only had bottle options. But other than that all spa attendants were very nice and helpful. Thank you for a relaxing day. Oh yeah no pool available so just dip in the water fountain which is kinda weird. But OK we dipped in.

I visited the spa during a stay back in February. It was unfortunately one of the worst and strangest spa experiences I've ever had.

I booked a hand, foot and scalp massage treatment. I've had my share of massages, this was honestly the worst - and I don't throw that around lightly. She was barely massaging and rushing from one thing to the next. She had a very non-chalant attitude and didn't really seem to care about what she was doing. When she finished, I thought there was no way it had been 50 minutes. I went back to my locker to check the time and sure enough, it had been just over 35 minutes. I was changed and back at reception 45 minutes after my appointment start time.

When I explained this to reception, she was very apologetic and offered to give me a discount on the treatment. I said given the quality of treatment and after only receiving just over half the treatment time, I didn't feel comfortable paying for it. So she offered to rebook me the next day and I accepted. The treatment the next day was much better and more in line with what I was expecting. Except, and I'm not joking, the therapist during my scalp massage asked me who my hair stylist was, and said she hoped it wasn't a family member because the layers in my hair were not good. She then tried to sell me on coming to see her in the salon at the spa so she could fix my hair for me! Who does that? I didn't mention this to reception, I just paid, thanked them for rebooking and left. For $195 for the treatment, it's nowhere near worth the money for such poor and unprofessional quality of service. Though my hair stylist and I had a good laugh about my "terrible layers"...

Really bad customer service in there. They called my entire group but let me wait over an hour without telling me why I had to wait that long after having my appointment booked for months. Asked my name a dozen of times without telling me why I was waiting so long so ended up leaving that place. 100% disappointed thanks for messing up my weekend. Never going there again. Same with the food from the room service, ordered a meal from the restaurant the night before and re-ordered from the same place as delivery and it’s nothing like just some cheap canned guacamole and salsa, and super dried/expired mozzarella, and super overpriced instead of the fresh stuff from the restaurant we had the night before. Super disappointing overall. Gonna go back to the Alcazar or the V Palm Springs. Cheaper there, better food, it’s more intimate and they have a better...
