went here a while ago for an issue I had with a newly built computer not turning on. charged $50 for a diagnostic, no problem. the next day I get a call explaining that the cause of the issue was the CPU being installed "upside down".
someone who knows nothing about building computers would have to try really really hard to install a CPU any other way than intended, let alone "upside down", so I asked for clarification.
After double checking, they said the issue was actually the motherboard power cable being installed backwards, which potentially fried the whole system, and would cost $300 to fix. Those cables only plug in one way due to the shape and position of the pins..at that point I become a bit distrustful of what they were telling me.
I took it back home and checked everything again. after some google searching I learned you can easily jumpstart a PC by touching two pins together with a screwdriver, and it worked. the entire computer instantly turned on. nothing was fried.
turns out the case's power button wasn't plugged in all the way.
I refer everyone to their website; "What Makes Our Computer Repairs Outshine Others?"

pretty disappointing experience. I can't recommend bringing anything other than...
Read moreMy boyfriend took his phone here to replace a cracked screen on July 15th 2023. They told us 2 hours, when we picked up the phone I noticed a small dent along with a Crack on the left and a hairline Crack leading from that to the right. My boyfriend went back in immediately and they said it was "air bubbles" and not cracks. They said to leave the plastic protection film on until the next day and the bubbles will be gone.
We leave and stop at wawa he tries to make a phone call and his phone is no longer working.
We drive to Verizon who inspects the phone and removes the case and that's where we see back of the phone is not staying closed. Verizon tells us the screen is cracked and that the internal antenna is damaged and beyond repair. So now he has to spend over $600 on a new phone!!
So we thought we were saving some money by going to Mobile Medic just replacing the screen instead of a new phone. (Over $200 for the new screen).
We should have just went to Verizon because now we are out over $800 total. Never going to Mobile Medic again.
UPDATE August 4th 2023 my boyfriend was able to get a partial refund for the labor charges. The Owner was very apologetic and we got...
Read moreI have used this business twice now. Both times they not only fixed the problems, but did it more reasonably than every other service business. Today they handled my almost new iPhone issue better than Apple was able to. My first issue was with a cracked screen. Apple wanted me to make an appointment at one of their stores which is 45 miles from me and expensive ( the warranty had expired) and would perhaps have to leave the phone. Tech Medic not only fixed it for much less, it was done in 15 minutes. My latest issue was with a problem with an iPhone X microphone where no one could hear me. After hours on the phone with Apple support all they could offer was for me to mail the phone to them and be without it for three weeks. They suggested I borrow a phone from someone who might have an extra. This is Apple’s solution! Tech Medic fixed it perfectly for a really reasonable price. Even though Apple would have eventually fixed it for free, I was happy to pay the small fee to have it fixed in no time. I highly recommend. Don’t use mall kiosks or Apple....
