Lakeside Diner — Restaurant in Lacey Township

I’m giving this place 2 stars for a couple reasons. I know Sundays are usually busy for diners and that totally understandable so our party of 6 decided to eat outside under the tent to avoid a long waited seat inside. Don’t get me wrong the food was really good even though my breakfast came out after everyone at my table was almost done with theirs, but then our whole experience was completely ruined by the band that came. There were a couple very rude women that came along with them and made two of the people with me get up from their seats because the chairs were for the band even though they weren’t even playing in the band they were just watching. And also took the fan we had pointed at us and pointed it at themselves( the ladies that sat and watched). They were very rude. I changed my review from four stars to to ZERO, the owner is so greedy that they opened against the law and endangered my life and yours! I was eating there at least once per week but NEVER EVER again! Nice place to go it you want the virus. Seven of us dropped in on this place and everyone in our party ordered something different. No one complained about our food or the service. The food was just good old diner food, the kind you expect from a respectful diner. The waitress Megan was great, very accommodating, and prompt. TIP, to insure prompt service and that is what we got so it was a real pleasure to leave her a tip. Yes I would recommend this place to a friend. The picture is of the gumball machine...

No clue how this place has so many positive reviews, didn’t even get a chance to try the food. First we got there and waited forever to be seated. Once we were finally seated no one took our order or even asked if we wanted anything to drink. Ten minutes passed and another couple was seated behind us and their drink order was immediately taken. The waiters walked passed our table repeatedly and didn’t even acknowledge us. Another 10 minutes passed and still nothing so we decided to leave.
